Nineteen self-contained rooms in Nyamache, each with its own water meter. Apply online in a few minutes. Management will review your application and get in touch about the room, the rent and your move-in date.
Nineteen self-contained rooms across six floors, from single rooms to the largest unit on the top floor. Rents differ by size and floor. The application form shows the rent for each room as you choose it.
Each room is its own unit with its own door and its own water meter. You are billed for the water you use, not a share of the building's.
Smaller rooms on the ground floor through to larger units higher up, including one substantially bigger room on the sixth floor. Nineteen in total.
You deal with management, not an agent. There is no agent's fee and no finder's commission on top of your rent and deposit.
Every resident gets an account showing rent, water, garbage and every payment recorded against their name, so a balance can always be explained.
Rents are quoted per room. Start an application to see what is available now and what each room costs, or call the office on +254 790 541101.
Four things, and nothing else. Every amount is quoted to you before you move in, and no charge appears later without being explained.
A fixed amount each month, set by the room. Quoted to you before you move in, and it does not change without notice.
Every room has its own meter. You are billed for what your meter shows you used, never a share of the building's total. Each reading is recorded with the date it was taken, so any bill can be traced back to a number somebody actually read off the wall.
A fixed monthly charge for collection, the same for every room in the building.
Held while you live here and accounted for separately from your rent, so it is never quietly absorbed into a month you have already paid.
Your account shows all of it month by month, with every payment recorded against your name. So if you ever ask "why is my balance this?", there is an answer on the screen rather than an argument at the counter.
Filling in the form does not reserve a room. A person reads every application.
Your details, the room you would like, when you would like to move in, and an emergency contact. About five minutes.
Your application goes into the office queue straight away. Someone reads it and checks the room is still free.
By phone, WhatsApp or email (whichever you tell us you prefer), to confirm the room, the rent and your move-in date.
Once approved you get an account for the resident portal, where you can see your balance and water readings at any time.
Two different sign-ins, depending on who you are.
See your balance, your rent and water charges month by month, every payment recorded against your name, and the meter readings behind each bill. You can print it or bring it to the office.
